some things never change
Considering I was in Peoria for almost a whole stinkin’ week from Thursday till Tuesday night, I told my self to stick it out in Gilbert this weekend.
I lasted till Friday afternoon at around 12:53 before deciding to pack up and head to Peoria.
I will never grow up and leave home. Never. I think something is wrong with me…
Of course on my way home, I had a legitimate excuse to stop at Snottsdale mall and shop. See last week I ordered a beautiful new bedspread from Urban and I wanted free shipping… so I kind of spent $200 to get my free shipping. I kept my bedspread, and one if the shirts I ordered… then returned everything else. They must really hate me for doing this to them all the time…
&while I did return almost everything I ordered, I ended up finding a million other things I wanted... typical.

its my party...
I turned 21 years old on Friday, February 13th, 2009.
&I’ll be honest; it was one of my best birthdays yet.
Thursday night started it all off by going to Oreganos for appetizers, salads and pizookies with 5 of my favorite ladies.

Aaaand I even got a free pizookie, it being my birfday and all.
Friday, I helped my marmmy make crème brulee (my desert request in lieu of a traditional barfday cake), and then we went out to lunch at Houston’s down town. They have amazing shoestring French fries… I then found some major deals at Last Chance- 5 skirts, a shirt, a swim top, a bracelet, and a hideous Guatemalan headband for my mam- all for 30 bucks! The rest of the day consisted of the Biltmore shopping center, and a few random boutiques we hit up on our way back home.
Once I go home (after I had to take all my little brothers friends’ home and after the sent me on a wild goose chase to find their actual houses and then wouldn’t get out of my car… until I forced them), I came home and my family decorated the kitchen with full on Tinkerbelle streamers, balloons, and kitchenware… I’m not sure why they chose Tinkerbelle, but it was the thought that counts. They even got me a cheap plastic crown and hot pink boa. Lovely, really, lovely... But we did enjoy a delicious meal from Pei Wei followed by the delectable crème brulee.
Hayface also came over and gave me an amazing drawing, and stayed to watch one of the worst movies imaginable. She really is a trooper.

did you know...

I love rainy days.
I love ice cream.
I love eating ice cream in a mug, while its freezing cold and raining outside.
Actually that’s a slight fabrication. I could eat ice cream no matter what the temperature or weather is like out side.
What I do not like is getting woken up at 4 in the morning due to the loudest garbage truck ever heard by man, that sets off car alarms who do not like to stop. Specifically mine.

everything starts where it ends
It's that time of year again... You know, when I decided to spice up my life by drastically altering my hair color...
So I am blonde. Yet again.
